THE BRIEFING

THE LEAGUE HAS ALLOWED members of the AQUA Initiative to aid their training with the legendary Pokemon, Heatran. The AQUA Initiative is allowed to find promising trainers or other AQUA Members in order to test their mettle against this powerful Pokemon. Thanks to Head Ranger Sénon Game's training of this beast, this particular Heatran is quite battleworthy.

Trainers may also choose to go on an expedition of any kind with the Pokemon. The Heatran may act as additional firepower or defense. Other operations may require the Heatran to be protected as it is moved from place to place for further training or study.

AQUA Initiative members include anyone who has signed the AQUA Initiative contract, including Head Rangers, Elite Four, and members of the Hoenn League's Council.

As stated above, AQUA Initiative members may choose to bring promising trainers who are not within the initiative. These characters must have at least 200 POSTS.
